ABOUT US

We're Sean, Arran and our newest addition, Cecilia.  Running is part of what we do as a family, but so is eating well (most of the time), travelling, and spending time with friends. Learn some of the hacks we've employed to accomplish this, maybe a recipe or two and a few laughs along the way.
